Collection: Submandibular ganglion stained by bungarotoxin and nanosensors

Study purpose: Detailed submandibular ganglia anatomy is needed to define proper localization of devices. Data collection: This dataset describes submandibular ganglia staining with a-bungarotoxin (BTX) and a nanosensor developed by the Clark lab. This data set contains fluorescence multichannel images of stained submandibular ganglia taken with a Zeiss confocal microscope. BTX staining was used as a gold standard to validate the localization of the nanosensor.
